Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud platform and you have a shared hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all functionality for any email mailbox that you create under the domain name. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section includes quite a few features, but it is unbelievably user-friendly, so setting up a catch-all mailbox takes just one single click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you have set up will be enumerated in this section alphabetically and you’ll just have to click on the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the specific email address. Our system will warn you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain name or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or select another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as simple and requires one more mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be set up with several clicks of the mouse in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server with us. The hosting account will be administered through our custom-created Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll be able to create mailboxes with any domain registered there. To activate the catch-all option for a particular mailbox, you will need to click on the logo with the same name, which will be next to each email address. Deactivating this option can be done in the exact same manner and will not require more than one click either. In case the catch-all option has already been activated for a specific domain name, you’ll receive a warning message. The same is valid if the mailbox that you’d like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never replace or disable anything automatically.
