Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re very busy working on your website or developing your web apps, you hardly ever have enough time to check what’s happening with the virtual server – whether it’s overloaded or whether all the services are running the way you expect them to. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we’ll take care of this instead of you. Your VPS will be added to our custom–made server monitoring system and the second there’s a trace of a problem, our server admins will be notified immediately.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server is not the simplest assignment on earth. You will either need to use a separate server or your desktop computer, or resort to a third–party software. We offer a considerably easier way with our Optional Admin Services package. We’ll make a full backup of your virtual server each week, so you never need to be afraid of losing critical data. And we can recover a backup very quickly. All backups we make are kept on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you will have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. But, some scripts are harder to install and may require some extra configuration from you. That is where our Optional Admin Services package will come in real handy. It features 30 minutes of installation & trouble–shooting operations – in other words you can literally hire one of our knowledgeable server administrators for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any software whatsoever that you want. Alternatively have him take care of a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
